Qualifications

• 2–3 years of tax experience.
• Experience with partnership and corporate taxation.
• Familiarity with partnership tax returns and Schedule K-1s.
• Exposure to federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Experience in public accounting or an in-house tax environment.
• Interest in private equity, venture capital, or investment management.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
