Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of direct project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine client onboarding calls and coordinate with Global Fund Services teams.
• Ensure onboarding events proceed timely and documents are retained in records.
• Validate new setup documentation aligns with product details.
• Communicate progress and challenges to Relationship Managers and leadership.
• Own assigned relationships and act as escalation point for clients.
• Think creatively to solve problems and improve processes.
