Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead routine client onboarding calls and partner with Global Fund Services teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Ensure onboarding events are timely and accurately executed with critical documents retained
• Validate new setup documentation aligns with product details
• Communicate status updates and challenges to Relationship Managers and leadership with proper escalation
• Take ownership of assigned relationships and serve as an escalation point for clients
• Think creatively to solve problems and improve processes
