Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mutual fund accounting, fund administration, or related experience.
• 1–2 years of financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with mutual fund financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and registered investment fund requirements.
• Familiarity with EDGAR and financial reporting systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Support reporting schedules and shareholder reporting requirements.
• Review fund expenses, accruals, and related financial information.
• Coordinate reporting adjustments with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare expense projections, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with board materials, procedures, and other fund administration reporting.
• Track reporting deadlines and communicate workflow updates.
• Maintain knowledge of accounting and regulatory requirements affecting registered funds.
• Support process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
