Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Fund Origination Associate/Assistant Vice President to support its alternative investments feeder fund business in New York. This role will involve product development, structuring, and managing onboarding of alternative investment vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in product structuring, particularly in alternative investments. iCapital offers a compensation package including salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This position allows a hybrid work model with in-office requirements Monday-Thursday and flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in product structuring, fund administration, or fund management.
• Experience in alternative investments focusing on various fund structures.
• Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding new funds and ensure successful project completion.
• Prepare fund marketing materials and coordinate with compliance and legal teams.
• Assist in the preparation of new fund approvals and launches.
• Lead project management for launching funds on the iCapital platform.
