We are seeking a highly organized, process-oriented Senior Associate to join the Fund Operations team at CAIS. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Fund Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and expansion of the product offering within CAIS’ marketplace. This high impact position will be responsible for driving operational workflows for single investment and fund-of-fund vehicles; monitoring underlying investment portfolios and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across fund events; and optimizing processes through automation and new system implementation(s). Ideal candidates are strong communicators, strategic problem solvers, and passionate about building processes and automating systems for scale, with the ability to build and leverage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 . Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
