Job summary

University of Alaska seeks a Fund Manager to ensure gifts are managed in accordance with donor intent. You will coordinate fund agreements, provide financial guidance to university departments, and support donor stewardship across UA system with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You’ll collaborate with the UA Foundation and campus development offices, balance competing priorities, and develop training resources to improve fund management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience with fund agreements and financial information, policies, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and administration of fund agreements.
• Provide financial information and guidance to university departments.
• Help colleagues navigate fund management policies and processes.
• Support donor stewardship and develop training resources.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen gift management and stewardship.
