Responsibilities

• Accessing benefits of subscription lines, asset-based lending, and CLO transactions and understanding their structures.
• Analyzing borrowing bases and reviewing fund and portfolio data to assess availability and utilization.
• Participating in legal document reviews during live deals and summarizing key terms.
• Summarizing loan tape data to support portfolio understanding and compliance.
• Maintaining internal databases and supporting reporting and analytics deliverables.
