You will manage the fund administrator, review their work, and collaborate with the Deals team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial statements and responses to investor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar.
• 3-7 years experience in fund accounting or audit with funds.
• Exposure to US GAAP and ASC 820 valuations; CPA desirable but not required.
• Strong Excel skills; detail oriented and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting, valuations, and internal/external reporting.
• Liaise with fund administrator for investments, capital calls, distributions, management fee calculations, and quarterly financial statements.
• Respond to investor requests for reports and information.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows within the finance function.
• Contribute to development and implementation of internal financial controls.
• Act as liaison with external auditors.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
