Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fund finance experience with subscription and capital call facilities.
• Comfortable drafting and negotiating key fund finance documents.
• Currently an active member in good standing with the NC bar, or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and negotiate key fund finance documents.
• Take ownership of deal workstreams and manage closing mechanics.
• Work closely with internal specialists to provide integrated advice.
• Manage deal calendars and ensure transactions move forward efficiently.
• Lead diligence on fund documents with a focus on borrowing authority.
