Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) invites a Fund Development Specialist to advance WECA's fundraising goals through grant writing, donor communications, and stewardship. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and at least three years of fundraising experience, with strong writing and analytical abilities.

WECA is looking for a Fund Development Specialist to join our team. The Fund Development Specialist plays a key role in advancing the organization’s fundraising goals through grant writing, proposal development, donor communications, stewardship, and reporting.
Living in the state of Wisconsin is required for this position.
Experience working in the early childcare industry is preferred.
