Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Seven years of funding accounting or related experience.
• Two years of lead experience, preferably in Fund Accounting.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of a fund accounting team (10–15 members).
• Perform accounting, pricing, review, and reconciliation for complex funds.
• Provide training and act as a resource for the team.
• Review work for accuracy and client deliverables.
• Manage staffing, performance records, and development plans.
• Coordinate training to ensure consistency across the department.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and GAAP reporting requirements.
• Oversee audits and client communications.
