Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-2 years of full-time experience.
• Strong GPA (minimum 3.0).
• Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with investment accounting concepts.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for domestic and offshore fund families.
• Update portfolio investment schedules and partner equity allocations.
• Analyze complex investment transactions.
• Assist with semi-annual portfolio reviews and performance tracking.
• Monitor compliance with partnership agreements.
• Assist with audits, tax review, fundraising and meetings.
• Determine cash needs and initiate capital calls.
• Distribute financials, K-1s, and notices to Limited Partners.
• Interact with GP/Controllers and respond to ad hoc requests.
