Standish Management seeks a junior accounting professional to assist in the day-to-day accounting operations and prepare fund-level financial statements. The role involves preparing statements for domestic and offshore fund families, updating investment schedules, and analyzing complex investments.

You will support the semi-annual portfolio review, monitor partnership compliance, and assist with audits, tax review, fundraising and capital calls. 1–2 years of full-time experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 1–2 years of full-time experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus.
• Knowledge of investment accounting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work both in a team and independently.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial statements for domestic and offshore fund families, updating portfolios and partner equity allocations.
• Analyze complex investment transactions and support semi-annual portfolio reviews.
• Monitor compliance with partnership agreements and assist with audits and tax review.
• Support fundraising activities and capital calls; distribute notices to Limited Partners.
• Interact with General Partners and others on ad hoc requests.
