Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a full-time role.
• Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Knowledge of investment accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for several domestic and offshore fund families, updating investment schedules and equity allocations.
• Assist with the semi-annual portfolio review process and track financial performance.
• Monitor compliance with partnership agreements.
• Assist with audits, tax return reviews, fundraising and annual meeting activities.
• Determine cash needs of partnerships and initiate capital calls.
• Distribute financials, K-1s, capital calls and notices to Limited Partners.
• Perform ad hoc LP requests and special projects.
