Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 6-8 years of experience in business/finance required.
• Solid understanding ofUS GAAP investment company financial statements; IFRS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand portfolio investments and their strategies for clients.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and metrics tracking.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc investor reports.
• Monitor and review cash transactions.
• Coordinate capital calls and distributions.
• Serve as point of contact for Addepar platform.
• Coordinate with investment managers and service providers.
• Review financial statements and capital account statements.
• Ensure deadlines and compliance with reporting standards.
• Lead audits and tax engagements including K-1 and PFIC.
