Job summary

State Street Corp is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting leader to join the North America Accounting Organization and lead a team of Fund Accountants to produce and deliver NAVs for our clients.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, managing workflows, and maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating with CoE and Shared Services. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years of Private Equity experience are preferred, with a salary range noted.

What you will be responsible for

• As Fund Accounting & Administration, Officer you will Supervise staff (including Senior Associate Staff)
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines
• Manage client relationships & liaising with client personnel on a daily basis
• Maintain good working relationship with all client contacts
• Manage and escal issues related CoE’s and other Shared Services
• Manage daily operations and production activities of the Accounting team
• Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits
• Train, develop and motivate new staff, complete performance appraisals
• Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems and processes.
• Assist with client conversions and other client projects

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $101,250 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
