Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Fund Accountant for Alternative Investments in the Ogden area. You will manage general ledger tasks, price securities, and reconcile accounts while preparing client reports for investors.

You will interact with clients, address requests, and learn more complex tasks, with opportunities to advance to higher levels based on performance and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment Banking, Economics, or International Business.
• Experience with general ledger, trade entry, pricing, reconciliation and client communications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excel and UMB accounting systems to perform general ledger accounting functions.
• Enter trade information, price securities, and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare client financial statements and reports to share with investors.
• Interact with clients to address requests and handle correspondence with the investor base.
