The Missouri Department of Corrections is hiring for a Corrections Case Manager III/Correctional Lieutenant. This role oversees multi-disciplinary units, supervises case management staff, and coordinates offender assessments and plans within a medium-security setting.

The annual salary listed for this position includes the additional $0.75 per hour medium security differential ($1,560 annually) for all full-time positions domiciled in a medium-security institution.

One or more years of experience as a Corrections Case Manager III or Correctional Lieutenant within the Missouri Department of Corrections
Two or more years of experience as a Corrections Case Manager, Probation and Parole Officer, or Substance Abuse Counselor within the Missouri Department of Corrections
Six or more years of professional experience in corrections case management, or adult probation and parole case management, or substance use case management of which one or more years must have been within an adult correctional facility.
(Experience in juvenile or social services case management may be substituted for up to two years of the listed adult case management experience. Experience working within an adult correctional facility is required)
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may be substituted for up to four years of the required experience, at a rate of 30 credit hours for one year – a minimum of two years of the listed experience, including one year within an adult correctional facility is required)
The Department of Corrections currently offers a guaranteed 1% pay increase for every two years of continuous service up to 20 years! If you are transferring from another State of Missouri agency and are receiving state retention pay, please be advised that the Missouri Department of Corrections administers retention based upon your retention anniversary date. As a result, your retention pay upon transfer may differ from what you were receiving at your previous agency until you reach your applicable retention anniversary date.
