Job description

Mandatory Skills

• Functional Tester with Health Care Knowledge
• 4 to 6 years (Health Care(Good to have) & Testing experience) and 2+ years of in team management
• Experience in test management tools like JIRA and Azure Test Plan and automation tools such as Selenium JMeter, SoapUI, UTF,(Playwright Tool good to have)
• Knowledge of CI-CD, DevOps for integrating test scripts.
• Good to have Healthcare Payer experience (Claim/Enrollment/Membership/Customer Service/Finance) and Coding standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10)

Responsibilities

• Initiate the Test Planning activities for Test case design and encourage the team to hold review meetings and ensure that the review comments are incorporated.
• During the Testing Cycle, monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required.
• Present the timely status to the stakeholders & management and instill confidence about the work being done.
• Prepare anyRisk Mitigation plans if in case any delays are foreseen.
