Job summary

Core Functional Domain Expertise

• Extensive hands‑on experience as a Manual Functional Tester within the Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance domains.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Billing and Payments ecosystems, including Majesco Billing and other P&C and Life billing systems, as well as insurance billing and payment processing applications.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive testing of billing and payment sites/applications, ensuring accuracy across all touchpoints.
• Application Integration Testing.

Application Integration Testing Experience

• Demonstrated experience with integration testing for Billing and Payments platforms, CRM and digital platforms, third-party vendor billing systems, and Life Insurance platforms.
• Thorough understanding of billing system nuances, business rules, and configuration behaviors.

Testing Skills & Responsibilities

• Highly skilled in preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Execution Plans.
• Capable of operating as a QA Lead for billing systems testing initiatives.

Leadership & Communication

• Excellent communication skills, enabling professional interaction with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendor teams, and CRM/digital teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Responsible for periodic QA reporting, test progress updates, risk metrics, and escalation management.
