Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a hands-on tester to be the final checkpoint before our products reach customers. You will set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts, read drawings, and use test equipment to verify specifications.

You will work closely with a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment, maintain quality and productivity, and help train others while adhering to safety and process guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints.
• Comfortable following written work instructions and procedures.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators.
• Comfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI).
• Ability to accurately read and interpret analog pressure gauges.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Hourly Rate Range: $23.00 - $28.00 Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
