Overview

We're looking for an experienced Functional Procurement Analyst with healthcare provider experience to support our client's initiative to create a unified formulary for non-acute care sites. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of procurement within healthcare (acute or non-acute), and proficiency in Excel. this is a remote role on the East Coast.

What You Will Work On
  • Gather and analyze historical purchasing data from distributors.
  • Review and consolidate spend data across multiple non-acute business units.
  • Recommend and develop formularies to standardize products and suppliers in key categories.
  • Present recommendations to Value Analysis Teams and collaborate with Supply Chain leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support sourcing, contract alignment, and cost savings opportunities.
  • Support the Workday formulary build and assist with data organization and maintenance post go-live.
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years experience within Supply Chain and procurement
  • Previous procurement experience in a healthcare provider setting (acute or non-acute).
  • Experience with supplier management, purchasing, or materials coordination.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Formulary experience needed.
  • Workday Supply Chain Management experience is a plus.
