Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with active license.
• Functional Medicine certification or active pursuit preferred; training provided for right candidate.
• Prefer one year experience or training in functional/integrative medicine.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical care with patient follow-ups and visits.
• Assist in implementing nutrition plans and 5R Gut protocols.
• Develop nutrition education materials and lead seminars/workshops.
• Review patient history, labs, medications, and nutraceuticals in EMR; coordinate with medical team.
