Job summary

Curis Functional Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team in a functional health setting. You will assess clients, deliver medical nutrition therapy, and collaborate with chiropractors, mental health professionals, and other dietitians to improve overall care.

Ideal candidates will hold an RDN, be dedicated to holistic nutrition, and communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Current Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) status in Texas.
• Desire to learn functional medicine and holistic nutrition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competence.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition interventions, including individual and group nutrition sessions.
• Employ a holistic approach to client health, integrating physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Educate clients on nutrition interventions for medical and mental health symptoms.
• Stay current with best practices in nutrition treatment and integrate new approaches.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
