Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Functional Medicine Physician at Minnow Wellness in Greater Houston. The Functional Medicine Physician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, addressing root causes of health issues, and staying updated on cutting-edge research in Functional Medicine and Women's Health.

• Clinical experience in Functional Medicine and Women’s Health
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Functional Medicine is a plus
• Experience with holistic and integrative approaches to healthcare
• Passion for empowering women to optimize their health

Responsibilities

Meet with 8-10 patients per day, allowing for ample time to discuss symptoms/concerns. Provide root cause analysis based on lab work and provide treatments from nutritional modifications to hormone replacement therapy.

Lastly, we will have Certified Menopause Coaches available to partner with patients on defining and tracking lifestyle goals.
