Integrated Connections LLC is recruiting on behalf of a Greenville, South Carolina client for a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team and support growth with patient-centered care.

The position offers a 4-day work week with onsite work in Greenville, SC and compensation at $60–$65 per hour. License in SC and HRT experience preferred.

• Training and/or experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for men and women.

Join a long-established, progressive, multi-specialty functional medicine practice in Greenville, South Carolina! Integrated Connections is recruiting on behalf of this client, which is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team and support continued growth and access to innovative, patient-centered care.

What the Position Offers

• Collaboration with experienced leaders in functional and longevity medicine
• Low patient volume — providers see only 10–12 patients per day
• 4-day work week

Requirements
