DOCTORS CHOICE PLACEMENT SERVICES, INC. seeks a motivated Functional Medicine NP/PA to join our Pittsburgh-area team. You will conduct Good Faith Exams, interpret labs, manage hormone therapy, and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans with a holistic care approach.

The role involves IV therapy, regenerative injections, and collaboration with diet and wellness coaches. Applicants should be PA/NP-licensed in PA and bring 2+ years in integrative medicine.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania.
• 2+ years experience in Functional/Integrative Medicine.
• Strong understanding of regenerative medicine and hormone therapy.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with EMRs and scheduling/communication systems.
• Willingness to engage in social media/marketing efforts.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Order and interpret functional medicine labs (hormone panels, gut tests, genetic screenings).
• Manage hormone replacement therapy for men and women.
• Provide weight loss, sexual wellness, hair restoration, and IV therapy services.
• Prescribe peptides, medical cannabis/THC, supplements, and longevity therapies.
• Administer or supervise regenerative injections (PRP/PRF/exosomes/stem cells/ozone).
• Chart patient encounters daily in EMR; prepare comprehensive treatment plans.
• Assist in Good Faith Exams virtually or in person for patients prior to services.
• Approve or deny treatments based on health status and plan; ensure follow-ups.
