Job summary

Evita Wellness in Florida seeks a licensed Family NP (FNP-C/BC) to join our functional medicine team. The APRN will perform comprehensive intakes, order and interpret labs, and build personalized, phased treatment plans across nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, and targeted therapies.

Part-time or full-time positions are available. You will work with a supervising physician, deliver wellness services including IV nutrient therapy and hormone replacement, ensure EMR accuracy, maintain HIPAA

Qualifications

Florida APRN license in good standing (FNP/C)
MSN in Nursing required; Doctor of Nursing Practice preferred
2+ years NP experience preferred in functional/integrative medicine a plus
Willingness to learn and pursue sponsor trainings for right candidate

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive functional medicine intakes with detailed history and root-cause assessment.
Update and maintain patient records in the EMR in real time.
Order, interpret, and record results of standard and functional labs; determine follow-up needs.
Develop personalized phased treatment plans addressing nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, and therapies.
Prescribe medications, supplements, peptides, and hormone replacement therapies.
Deliver and oversee wellness services including IV nutrient therapy and weight management.
Collaborate with supervising physician to assess patient needs.
Provide ongoing patient education and counseling; address questions post-visit.
Maintain OSHA/HIPAA compliance and professional standards.
