RxFit is a concierge health and wellness company that offers in-home guidance and health nutrition. We specialize in traveling to clients' office buildings, apartments, or condos to help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals within the convenience of their own fitness facilities. Based in Austin, Texas, we provide unique solutions by bringing equipment to clients' homes, eliminating the need to commute. Our professionals undergo regular training to ensure they are the most knowledgeable in their field. RxFit focuses on functional strength for pain-free physical abilities combined with aesthetic appeal.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Functional Massage Therapist in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Functional Massage Therapist will perform therapeutic massages, including bodywork massages and sports massages, to help clients manage stress and reduce joint pain. Daily tasks include providing customer service, developing personalized massage plans and working with a functional personal trainer to discuss client work. Some work from home is acceptable, but the majority of work will be on-site with clients.

It is important to note that we offer fully clothed, oil-less that reduce pain while improving biomechanics, functional massages to our clients.

Qualifications

• Therapeutic Massage, Shiatsu, and Body Massage skills, Sports Massage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in clients' homes or fitness facilities
• Certification in Massage Therapy is required
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
