Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is hiring a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery to oversee Salesforce and AI implementation projects. You will guide use cases, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery across all project phases.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership, requiring strong communication, agility, and a track record of delivering large-scale AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering AI-related implementations on Salesforce or AWS.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to diverse audiences.
• Experience in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Proven track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects for NeuraFlash customers.
• Act as a thought leader for customers, guiding use cases and business outcomes.
• Smoothly transition customers from sales to project delivery, defining roles and onboarding.
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to stay on track.
• Be the primary day-to-day client contact and manage operational aspects of the project.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead or co-lead NeuraFlash project teams delivering solutions.
• Readout documented outcomes before project closeout and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on internal initiatives, products, and solutions to drive innovation.

We are hiring for a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery with a strong understanding of Salesforce & AI solutions who will manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects, in particular implementation projects leveraging NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators. The ideal candidate has the ability to plan and think strategically, as well as dive into project details to manage the project on the ground. The AI & Agentforce Functional Lead is professional and confident in front of critical customer stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical, consultative mindset and thrive in an agile environment. They will also have AI tooling experience to leverage in project delivery. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Manage overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects, in particular implementation projects leveraging NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators. You will act as functional lead on the project to oversee and shape the overall solution and manage day to day work and customer relationships.
• Act as a "thought leader" for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash team in the definition of use cases and business outcomes.
• Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: Reviewing the SOW and any partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding.
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects.
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationships.
• Facilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.
• Manage NeuraFlash project team members in the delivery of the solution.
• Readout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout.
• Stay informed on Agentic Division internal initiatives, products, and solutions to foster innovation and efficiencies on your projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project delivery
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope
