Comprehensive Approach Solutions LLC is seeking a Functional Intelligence SME to provide strategic insights and lead senior-level intelligence efforts to ensure mission success. You will empower decision-makers with actionable guidance and drive operational excellence and security.

You will assist leadership with oversight, produce briefings for Congress and senior officials, and support policy guidance for DISE functional intelligence processes and training.

Qualifications

• Security clearance at TS/SCI level is required.
• TOPI or Discover House experience required.
• Extensive SIGINT experience at HQ or above in DoD/IC.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports and briefings detailing SIGINT activities for Congress and senior officials.

Join our dynamic team as a Functional Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME), where you will play a vital role providing strategic insights, innovative intelligence solutions, and lead efforts at the Senior level to ensure mission success. Your expertise will empower decision-makers with actionable guidance, fostering operational excellence and security.

Duties

• Assist leadership in the conduct of oversight and governance, to include staff assistance visits and compliance inspections, for functional intelligence support (SIGINT).
• Produce and disseminate reports and briefings that detail functional intelligence support (SIGINT) activities and investments for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.
• Support OUSW(I&S) in the synchronization of activities to functional intelligence capabilities within the War Intelligence Enterprise. Support development and implementation of policy guidance for DISE functional intelligence processes, concepts, training, policies, and procedures.
• Assist the Functional Intelligence Division Chief in War Analysis Division Chief in conducting oversight the defense intelligence enterprise managers (DIEM). Develop and monitor metrics to ensure the DIEM enterprises are healthy and able to provide timely support to the warfighter.
• Conduct research and analysis; draft formal positions; review and analyze documents, talking papers, memoranda, and letters in the form of OSW staff packages, ensuring compliance with OSW policies and enabling functional intelligence oversight (SIGINT).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
• TOPI or Discover House experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the DoD or IC working with SIGINT at the headquarters or above level
