Comprehensive Approach Solutions LLC in Arlington is seeking a senior Functional Intelligence SME to provide strategic GEOINT insights and leadership at the senior level, ensuring mission success for decision-makers.

The role involves oversight, policy guidance development, and coordination across WAR and DIEM entities. A TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years in DoD/IC GEOINT at HQ or higher are required, with in-person work located in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the DoD or IC working with (GEOINT) at the headquarters or above level.

Responsabilités

• Assist leadership in the conduct of oversight and governance, to include staff assistance visits and compliance inspections, for functional intelligence support (GEOINT).
• Produce and disseminate reports and briefings that detail functional intelligence support (GEOINT) activities and investments for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.
• Support OUSW(I&S) in the synchronization of activities to functional intelligence capabilities within the War Intelligence Enterprise. Support development and implementation of policy guidance for DISE functional intelligence processes, concepts, training, policies, and procedures.
• Assist the Functional Intelligence Division Chief in War Analysis Division Chief in conducting oversight the defense intelligence enterprise managers (DIEM). Develop and monitor metrics to ensure the DIEM enterprises are healthy and able to provide timely support to the warfighter.
• Conduct research and analysis; draft formal positions; review and analyze documents, talking papers, memoranda, and letters in the form of OSW staff packages, ensuring compliance with OSW policies and enabling functional intelligence oversight (GEOINT).
