Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Current state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
Passion to learn functional medicine principles and a holistic approach to mental health.
Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Integrate physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into holistic treatment plans.
Collaborate with medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists for coordinated care.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant client records and confidentiality.
Educate clients on coping strategies and self-care practices.
