Job summary
Holistic Integration in the United States is seeking a dedicated Health Coach to work with patients, interpret diagnostics, and craft personalized wellness plans addressing root causes. You will interpret functional lab results and create customized supplement protocols tailored to each patient’s needs, ensuring clear communication of goals and follow-up steps.
You will use in-house tools like EDS/Avatar, collaborate with the Physician Assistant/Practitioner and providers to align care plans,
Qualifications
- Certified Health Coach with FMCHC/IIN or clinical nutrition background
- Experience interpreting labs and designing supplement-based care plans, or strong motivation to learn
- Knowledge of functional medicine concepts and natural health practices
- Proficient with diagnostic tools to guide treatment protocols
Responsibilities
- Interpret functional lab results and design personalized supplement protocols.
- Develop functional care plans incorporating supplements, lifestyle, and services.
- Educate patients clearly on the purpose and follow-up steps.
- Collaborate with medical staff to align care plans.
- Contribute to team trainings and patient education events.
