Pay starts at $19.38 per hour and increases with prior experience.

Our agency is one of 9 in Pennsylvania providing this evidence-based program. All therapists will receive specialized training from FFT, LLC, and become certified in this program.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate clinical skills
• Develop person-centered treatment plans
• Conduct clinical interviews
• Apply program-related and research-based treatment approaches
• See clients across Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster counties, and possibly beyond
• Mandatory weekly in-person clinical supervision
• Manage a caseload of at least 6 clients part-time or 13 full-time

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience acceptable
• Experience in various settings, including home and school, is preferred
• Must have three clearances: ChildLine, PA State Police, FBI Fingerprint, and Mandated Reporting training
• Experience with CASSP or children's services preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
