Job summary

Orchard Place in Des Moines, Iowa, is looking for Functional Family Therapists to provide mental health treatment for children and youth aged 10-18. Therapists will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model after 90 days of employment, alongside a supportive team.

Competitive salary ranges from $50,000 for non-independently licensed therapists to $54,500 for independently licensed. Benefits include relocation assistance, bonuses, and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field and relevant licensure preferred.
• Experience providing services to children, youth, and families.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to youth and families following the FFT model.
• Complete necessary documentation for therapy sessions.
• Participate in training and consultation activities.
