We are seeking a skilled Functional Engineer to join our prominent global deployment programme. This role is integral to our HR Transformation initiative, where the successful candidate will gather requirements to enhance HR systems, including Oracle HCM. The Functional Engineer will manage ticket queries in accordance with SLAs within our case management system and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems through requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and change management.
