What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead requirements analysis by collaborating with client stakeholders and documenting business needs
• Develop detailed technical solution documentation, including process flowcharts and user guides
• Create, update, configure, and maintain business applications using a low-code application platform
• Conduct end user and administrator training sessions, facilitating User Acceptance Testing
• Troubleshoot system errors and implement solutions to resolve them

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Demonstrated experience leading requirements analysis activities and documenting functional requirements
• In-depth understanding of software capabilities to address business challenges
• Understanding of enterprise software and database structures
• Knowledge of software development and deployment methodologies, such as Scrum
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Prior experience in a technical consulting role implementing SaaS solutions
• Experience working with low-code platforms and workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with APIs (Application Programming Interface) preferred
• Ability to use mockup tools, such as Figma or PowerPoint, to explain design approaches
