Responsibilities
  • Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning product for various customers
  • Gather and analyze customer business requirements, demonstrating core Workday concepts
  • Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and conduct detailed unit testing
  • Assist customers during testing phases, addressing and resolving issues under guidance
  • Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with or implementing Adaptive Planning or similar Tier 1 Planning software applications
  • 2+ years of consulting experience with a consulting or software company
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with or implementing Adaptive Planning or similar Tier 1 Planning software applications
  • Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM as an implementer or user
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn technology through various mediums
