Responsibilities
- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning product for various customers
- Gather and analyze customer business requirements, demonstrating core Workday concepts
- Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and conduct detailed unit testing
- Assist customers during testing phases, addressing and resolving issues under guidance
- Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with or implementing Adaptive Planning or similar Tier 1 Planning software applications
- 2+ years of consulting experience with a consulting or software company
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with or implementing Adaptive Planning or similar Tier 1 Planning software applications
- Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM as an implementer or user
- Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability and desire to quickly learn technology through various mediums
