Looking for a functional business consultant to bridge the gap between the operational areas of the business and RxClaims. These are SMEs of Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Accums, and Prior Authorization for the RxClaims team. They are essential to workstream leads working on new client implementations or system enhancement projects related to RxClaims and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve existing applications and processes related to assigned business systems.
• Research and resolve business and technical problems, and recommend improvements.
• Represent assigned business systems as a subject matter expert in requirements, specifications, and process flows.
• Perform root cause analysis, monitor system defects, and assess financial impacts of system issues.
• Advise clients on new business processes and systems implementation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met within timelines.
• Identify areas for organizational improvement and provide strategic guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of business consulting experience.
• 5+ years of RxClaims experience.
• Knowledge of how RxClaims functions within operational and IT contexts.
• Experience as a Prime contractor/FTE or at another PBM with extensive RxClaims knowledge is preferred.

Additional Details

Level: Intermediate

Pay Range: $70.00 - $85.00/hr
