Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in biology, microbiology, chemical biology, or a related field.
• Postdoctoral experience is preferred.
• Sustained record of research accomplishment is preferred.
• Demonstrated potential for success generating and maintaining extramural funding commensurate with career stage is preferred.
• Successful applicants must be interested in teaching undergraduate and graduate students, providing research mentorship, and contributing to our doctoral programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in biology.
• Provide research mentorship to students.
• Contribute to Baylor’s doctoral programs.
• Develop interdisciplinary collaborations within and beyond Baylor.
