A healthcare provider in Baltimore seeks an Operations Support professional to enhance operational processes and deliver training. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience coupled with 2 years in an operational role. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. PURPOSE: Provides Operations Support by obtaining facts; analyzing problems; designing solutions; developing testing methods; conducting and documenting tests; providing operating information to customers.
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 2 years of experience in a level 2 or above operational role.
Salary Range: $46,584 - $92,521
