Sonata Software is seeking a Functional Architect for AgenticAI to design enterprise agent logic in collaboration with AI engineers and clients. You will convert complex business processes into precise agent specifications and ensure alignment with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 FnO across CRM/ERP boundaries.

You will lead discovery sessions, draft functional designs, define data ownership and access rules, and validate agent behavior with test cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise business applications.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and Dynamics 365 FnO.
• Experience with processes that cross CRM and ERP.
• Lead on client projects with clear written and spoken English.
• Experience with Copilot Studio agents and Azure/Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and role-based access; MCP/connectors.

Responsabilités
