Job Description: Functional & Analytics Support

Are you passionate about data-driven insights and helping clients achieve their marketing goals?

This role within Deloitte’s Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients in the public sector. You will be working alongside a team of creative thinkers and digital marketing experts, leveraging your analytical skills to drive impactful results.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insightful data-driven analysis.
Conduct data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track business function performance and provide key insights.
Provide support for business function processes, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving challenges.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing campaign strategies and reporting.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 20-50% on average, depending on client needs and industries served.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in audience discovery and segmentation, measurement, modeling strategy, and data quality.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and refine SFMC needs, objectives, and develop Marketing Cloud campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid, owned, and earned media advertising, with analytical expertise in omnichannel, media (display, paid search, programmatic, paid social), organic social, social listening/trend identification, site, app, email/CRM, voice of the customer/brand studies, or SEO.
• Experience supporting or leading delivery teams while partnering with internal cross-functional teams.
• Strong client facing experience.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure accurate delivery while managing multiple projects and a team of analysts.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging changes in marketing measurement best practices.
