Fulton Manor is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our long-term care team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with various shifts to fit your schedule. As an STNA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Provide support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or proof of valid certification as an STNA. Test Ready Nursing Assistants (TRNA) must complete and pass the state test within 120 days of hire.
• CPR Certification required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Must be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
