Fully Remote Senior Tax Manager - Trusts and Estates

Join a dynamic growing accounting firm as a Senior Tax Manager specializing in Trusts and Estates. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to lead tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals and their estates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of tax compliance for trusts and estates, including federal and state income, gift, and estate tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
• Provide guidance to clients on estate and trust tax matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Stay informed on current tax laws and communicate changes.
• Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to minimize tax liabilities.
• Review and approve work prepared by junior staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance for trusts and estates.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to trusts and estates.
• Strong understanding of fiduciary tax and estate planning strategies.
