Job DetailsPrimary Job Duties
  • Review tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Fiduciaries, and Individuals
  • Assist in complex tax planning for closely-held businesses and individual clients
  • Become an expert in the niche industries in which you work and provide management advisory and consulting services
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate other team members
  • Structure, oversee, and collaborate with our leadership team on a variety of engagements
  • Lead client service teams, while ensuring the clients are more than satisfied, services are delivered timely and efficiently, and team members are continuing to develop technical skills
  • Communicate solutions to complex issues, requiring creativity, research, and comprehension of tax law and related implications
Ideal Experience
  • 8+ years of tax experience at a CPA firm
  • CPA licensure
  • Proficiency with Prosystems ProFx Tax, Caseware, & CCH Fixed Assets
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex tax issues to all levels of coworkers and clients
  • Exemplary client rapport and project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to train, evaluate, and mentor staff
  • Collaborative nature to work alongside the management team on a variety of engagements within our specialized industries
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Coursework to include academic courses sufficient for CPA licensure
