AO Globe Life is seeking a Member Benefits Advisor for a 100% remote position in the United States. You will assist individuals and families by reviewing life, health, and accident insurance options and working with company-provided warm leads.

You will receive online training, daily coaching, mentorship, and licensed-education support to grow in a client-focused career. Prior insurance experience is not required.

Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Member Benefits Advisor to assist individuals and families with reviewing important insurance protection options. In this fully remote role, you will work with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and provide helpful information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.

You will receive warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and mentorship designed to help you build confidence and grow in a client-focused career.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
