A fast-growing tech company is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of data-related products. Why this role matters:
As the Data Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and delivery of all data-related products. You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and ops to bring clarity, structure, and impact to the team’s work. Your mission: turn data into real product value.
What you’ll do:
Define and drive the roadmap for internal data tools and platforms.
Manage feature delivery across the data function—from ideation to release.
Translate business needs into actionable data product specs.
Work alongside the ML team to support model development, deployment, and retraining workflows.
Support experimentation and algorithm design through close collaboration with data science.
Champion data governance, access, and quality standards across the business.
Balance short-term wins with long-term scalability in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years in a product role focused on data, analytics, or machine learning.
Strong technical understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, and model lifecycles.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, scientists, and analysts.
Ability to write technical product requirements and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiar with modern data tooling (e.g. Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, AWS).
Confident in stakeholder management, prioritisation, and leading through influence
Bonus points for:
Hands-on background in data science or engineering.
Experience in AdTech or gaming environments.
Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing.
